How Mauva handles information submitted through our contact and early-access forms.

Who is responsible

Mauva is the data controller for your submission. For privacy questions or requests, email info@mauva.eu.

Contact enquiries

We collect your email address and message, plus any name and company you choose to provide, to handle your enquiry and reply to you personally.

Early-access requests

We collect your email address, plus any name, company and message you choose to provide, to manage your early-access request and contact you personally about it.

Submitting a form is voluntary. By submitting, you consent to Mauva storing your details as entered and contacting you about your enquiry or early-access request. We do not subscribe you to automated marketing campaigns.

We keep your submission only while your enquiry or early-access request is active. We delete it when the request ends, or earlier if you ask us to.

Form processing and storage

Form.taxi receives, stores and delivers your submission on our behalf within the European Union. It also processes your IP address, browser information, submission time and the originating page address for delivery and spam protection. Its submission archive retains entries for up to one year, unless deleted earlier. Our retention policy and deletion requests also apply to any copies delivered to Mauva.

Your rights

Email info@mauva.eu to withdraw consent, request deletion of your submission or ask us to stop contacting you. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before you withdrew consent. You can also request access, correction, restriction of processing or a portable copy of your data, and object to processing, where applicable.
